I have rated this as neutral for the following reasons. I ordered 2 cases from this seller. This case arrived as described and fitted my son's phone. Very happy with this case. Unfortunately, the second case in the order for my daughter was not correct. Despite 3 emails to the seller and also returning the incorrect case by mail to the seller I have received NO communication to resolve this issue. Extremely poor customer service.

I contacted the seller to express my dissatisfaction but he never responded.
Very disappointed by this bad purchase and experience.
