What is the shipping cost to my destination?
This varies depending on your location, and the options are displayed at the top of each ad. We make these rates as accurate as possible within the limitations of eBay's systems. Unfortunately we cannot currently list every postcode exception in every country, so on rare occasions we may be forced to request that extra shipping is paid. Where this happens, you will of course be entitled to cancel and receive a full refund if you wish.
Shipping is not listed to my destination, can I get a quote?
Yes! Some items are difficult to price for worldwide shipping due to various reasons. Please contact us with your full address and details of which items you are interested in.
What is a working day?
Working days for delivery companies are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Can I use a PO Box address?
If choosing 'STANDARD' shipping, then PO boxes are acceptable. If choosing 'EXPRESS' shipping (or if this is the only option), then PO boxes cannot be accepted as UPS can only deliver to full addresses.
When will my item be despatched?
We do our absolute best to despatch all items within one working day (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). Due to the time difference between Australia and the UK, this usually means that we will receive and despatch your order on the night of purchase (Australian time). All other orders will leave on the next working day.
Some items may require a pre-delivery inspection or build service which can delay despatch until the next working day.
Sometimes payment issues, fraud checks, adverse weather and other unusual events can cause a delay to despatch that is beyond our control. If you require something absolutely urgently, we always advise you to call us on +44(0)2476 455893.
Who will deliver my item, and how long will it take?
We use Royal Mail, UPS and DPD to ship our items to Australia and New Zealand. Royal Mail Priority Packet (untracked) is priced as 'Economy', Royal Mail AirSure (tracked) is priced as 'Standard' and UPS or DPD is priced as 'Express', available as an upgrade where applicable.
No tracking is provided for Economy shipping, basic tracking will be provided for Standard shipping, and detailed tracking is provided for Express (UPS/DPD).

Who pays customs duty and charges?
As the customer, you are responsible for any customs duty or charges incurred in Australia or New Zealand. However, because most of our items are low value, they are almost always exempt of any customs duty to most customers. We ship many items each day to both countries, and almost never hear of any customs difficulties whatsoever. If you are unsure as to whether an item will incur any duty, please contact the customs authorities in your own country.
What is the basic returns policy?
We allow returns of unused, undamaged items for refund or exchange up to 30 days from when you receive the item. Exchange or store credit may be offered after this time.
Buyers in Australia or New Zealand may find that it is not cost effective to return unwanted items. This is because the shipping back to the UK may be more expensive than the value of the refund, particularly for low value items. It is usually far easier to resell the item in your home country, and many buyers realise a profit by doing this!

Who pays for return postage?
The customer covers the cost of return postage. We will only be able to refund this where we have made a picking error, or otherwise made a mistake that has led to the return. If you believe this to be the case, you need to contact us before returning the items as we may need to send one of our couriers in to pick the item up.
For items that are simply no longer required, unwanted, or that do not fit your bike, we cannot refund the return postage due to the extremely low prices that we offer across our range. There is simply so little margin that it is not possible for us to cover this cost.
We accept payment online by PayPal. You can either pay with a paypal account, or using a credit or debit card (account not required).
