Windowparts Ltd will not be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from the chosen carrier (Parcel Force). Goods despatched packed onto pallets are for three day delivery unless otherwise requested. Any courier problems are deemed beyond the Company's control as is failure to meet deadlines, because of unforeseen problems or mechanical breakdown of the courier's vehicles. Refund/Cancellation Policy: 1. If you are unhappy or not content with the goods for any reason, you must contact the Company within 48 hrs to register your complaint. All complaints will be treated on their merits. Any decision made will not affect your statutory rights. 2. 28 DAYS RETURN POLICY - If you wish to return your goods for any reason then we offer a 28 day policy. 3. If goods are returned with no actual defect, a fee of 20% of the value of the goods will be charged (Handling and restocking). The carriage charge will not be refunded. This does not apply to consumer contracts cancelled under distance selling regulation 2000(see below). Where you are acting as a Consumer and the goods are ordered solely by distance selling methods such as telephone, fax or website, you can cancel the order by sending a written notice no later than 7 working days from the day after you received those goods. Cancellations sent after this period will be accepted at the discretion of the Company and subject to a fee not exceeding 20% of the value of the goods. All and any refunds where necessary will be made to the credit card account that originally purchased the goods. 4. Where you cancel a contract under the term above, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. The company will not refund any monies until the goods are returned and inspected.
