Overview
The double sided Koolance HD-57 captures heat from the spindle motor and printed circuit boards of one or two IDE, SATA, SCSI, or SAS drives. The HD-57 allows any available nozzle diameter.
Using Koolance's patented Hydra-PakTM soft cooler technology, the cooler's weight is substantially reduced while eliminating the need for thermal encapsulate required by earlier coolers.
NOTE: Depending on the nozzles chosen for it, the HD-57 water block may not work in all systems. If your chassis places the hard drive connections near a side panel (perpendicular to the front), make sure the selected HD-57 nozzles will fit. Each nozzle page has a "diagrams" button with dimensions. Furthermore, the HD-57 requires more room between hard drives than other Koolance hard drive water blocks. Return Policy
Unwanted Orders:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of the products we sell. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price less applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs. We do not accept returns for refund on the following items: Watercooling products and Tubing.
Our restocking fee applies to all non-defective, returned items -- no exceptions! Original shipping charges are also non-refundable. Products must be returned in original, unopened and undamaged, resellable condition with all included accessories, packaging and documentation. Retruns will be rejected if you open the packaging, or installed it, or touched it, or exposed the copper, or all of the above, we will not accept your return due to the product being non-resellable.
Warranty:
We offer a 30-day warranty on all our products to be free of defects and will be replaced without question, provided the product has not been subject to abuse, misuse, neglect or physical damage. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. After this period you will need contact the manufacture directly.
International Orders:
International orders are typically not under warranty by the manufacture, so before you make your purchase please view the manufactures warranty policy! If covered under warranty, the manufacture may require it to be shipped to us. If this is the case, then all shipping and customs charges are the responsibiltiy of the buyer. ALL international orders have insruance included in the price. If your parcel has not been delivered 45 days from the ship date, please contact us to begin a claim with our insurance company. Insurance is not negotiable.
It's the same setup as you have in your car - a radiator, fan, heat exchanger and pump. All thing being equal, the larger the radiator, the more cooling; the higher the water flow through the system, the more cooling; and finally the more surface area contact between the heat exchanger and CPU, the more cooling. As in all things, diminishing returns - you should size components to the task at hand. You could use the radiator from your car but don't expect massive gains - diminishing returns sets in pretty quickly.
Shipping and Handling Charges + Insurance: All orders have a small fee included in the postage to cover packing supplies, ink, boxes, etc. And ALL orders now include insurance in the postage. This insurance will cover both the product purchased and the postage paid. It is also not negotiable. If you have a problem with your order (i.e. damaged, lossed, etc.) please contact us before making a PayPal/ eBay claim.
Standard Shipping: All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever is most cost-effective. This means that packages under 13oz will ship "USPS 1st Class Mail" (2-10 business days) and that all heavier boxes will be rate-shopped between "USPS Priority Mail" (2-5 business days) and "UPS Ground" (1-7 business days).
Avaliablity: Most of our listings are in realtime, however, a select few are not. If our supplier has run out of stock at the time of purchase we will notify you immediately. If we run out of stock we have 3 options: full refund, backorder, or replacement (if possible). If you have any concerns that this item is in stock, don't hesitate to contact us first!
