Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: You may refuse the delivery & we will reship a replacement to you immediately after we confirm the damage from our delivery provider. This is at no additional cost to you. You are just as likely to receive a damaged item from Home Buys Plus as you are from your local retail store delivery service. The delivery process is no different because you made your purchase online as opposed to a retail store. After all they are both coming on trucks from a warehouse!

Q: What if my item is determined to be defective after delivery?
A: Please contact us here and a Home Buys Plus representative will help you diagnose the problem. If we cannot diagnose the problem we will contact the manufacturer of your item & see to it that the issue is resolved. Please note that some manufacturers will require at least one service call to help in diagnosing the problem. This is made possible because Home Buys Plus is an Authorized E-tailer of all the products we sell. All our product offerings come with a Full Manufacturers Warranty. Bottom line is Home Buys Plus will work with you before, during, and even after the sale to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Q: Where is my tracking information?
A: We update your tracking information the same day your item ships. You will be notified by email once your item has shipped & the tracking number(s) will be included. If you did not receive this you may also view in your My eBay. Simply go click on your My eBay & then select Won. There all tracking information will appear.

Q: Where does this item ship from?
A: We have automated shipping warehouses nationwide that are centrally located in each region. Therefore the shipping location varies depending on your location & availability. You may contact us anytime for further assistance. Please include your shipping zip code & item number.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my item?
A While transit times do vary 90% of orders are delivered within 5 business days. There will at times be unexpected delays on the part of the freight/shipment carrier. Holiday Shipping times may be longer. For large items (TVs, Appliances, Entertainment Centers) average transit time is 4-7 business days.

Q: Do the items you sell come with a grey or back market warranty?
A: No. Home Buys Plus is an authorized online retailer for every product we carry. Therefore all new items will come with a full manufacturers warranty. This is the exact same warranty you would receive from your local retail store.

Q: Do you charge state sales tax?
A: Yes. However we only charge state sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Florida and Indiana.

Q: Can I return my item?
A: Yes. Please read over our return policies.

Q: If I am buying multiple items will they all arrive at the same time?
A: Yes & No. Depending on which items you buy shipments may come from different locations. Please check your tracking number updated in my eBay to verify expected arrival dates. All accessories (wall mounts, cords, cables, etc.) will ship separately from big ticket items.
