Our packaging is designed so that it can withstand a drop approximately 9 metres to prevent potential damage or breakage. This is 6 times stronger than the standard guidance set by Australia Post for fragile items.

You can return any item within 30 receiving it, for any reason.

We have 3 rules:
1. Item(s) need to be return within 30 days of receiving it;
2. Unopened, unused and still in resalable condition. Original tags still attached (if any);
3. In the original packaging which must be in original condition. Some products are sealed and we expect the seal is intact when you returning these products.

How much refund can I expect?
As long as the above requirements fulfilled you are entitled to full refund of the item price. This excludes postage and handling that we charged.

Do I have to pay for return postage?
For change of mind return you are expected to cover the return postage fee.

If the return is because of you received damaged goods or received incorrect item, we will cover the return postage fee. Just contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Can I exchange?
To simplfy process, all return/exchange request will be treated as refund. Once you return the item we will process it for refund and you can always place another order for the intended product.

How long does it take to process return?
Once our warehouse received your returned parcel and confirmed that it is comply with all 3 rules above, your refund will be processed within 1-2 working days. Most cases will be processed immidiately.

Return tips
Wherever possible, please use the original packaging material. If not, you can use any sturdy box and use newspaper as fillers to minimise product movement during transport.
You are responsible for any damage during transport caused by the use of unsuitable packaging.
