PAYMENT
Buyer must make payment in full (cleared), prior to shipment of Parts / Equipment. Normal way to pay is Paypal. All applicable taxes and duties shall be paid by buyer.
SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND
We ship by default USPS OR FedEx ground, all other method will depend of item weight and distance to ship, we are open to customer preferences. Items will be shipped within the next 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of confirmed / verified Paypal payments.(clear payment). We do not process orders or ship on weekends and holidays. Shipping Freight will be shipped within the next 5 business days.
WARRANTY RETURN POLICY
The new parts / equipment is guaranteed to be in working conditions and is the warranty as described on the subtitle (description) starting time on the invoice date, if the unit is found defective within the warranty period, described on the description, return it for a free replacement or repair. (if you need to make a warranty return claim please contact us at service@hummingbird-tech.com for a Return Merchandise Autorization Number (RMA#) prior to any return). Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement at our choice of any defective product (or part thereof as we determine free of charge to our costumer), If we found the product cannot be repaired or replaced a refund will apply as "money back". our producs are warranted to our costumers only, under normal use, storage, handling, installation, and other normal conditions.
NON-WARRANTY RETURN POLICY
If you are dessatisfied with a product from "MRO-Supply" you may return the merchandise within 15 calendar days starting on the invoice date. A 30% restock administration fee apply to all non warranty returns. No non-warranty returns will be accepted 15 days after the invoice date (if you need to make a non-warranty return claim please contact us at service@hummingbird-tech.com for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) prior to any return
