All items are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. You can arrange for a pick up from 3/150 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin, VIC 3189.

Australian customers: We advise you to ship your purchase by Registered Post. Where the value of the shipment exceeds $30 we strongly recommend using Registered Post with tracking number.

 

International customers: We advise you to use Express Post International or DHL as regular Sea and Air mail cannot be traced.

Returns Policy

We offer a full warranty on our products against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers 2 years and applies to items under normal usage. The faulty item will be replaced with the postage and handling fees at our cost.
