Where indicated immediate payment is expected upon you having a winning bid.
Please ensure you use a physical address for delivery otherwise PayPal sometimes does not allow payment.
Where you are bidding on an item please remember it is a binding contract. If you do not intend to pay please do not place a bid.
We expect that the transaction is completed within 7days of the end of the auction. That is: If you have the winning bid you need to pay for the item. Please understand that we will not despatch an item until we have received full payment for it and the transport costs if applicable.
In line with eBay rules if you do not pay for an item we need to lodge an action with eBay to firstly cancel the costs of our auction.
We, the seller uses a variety of delivery methods depending on the items ordered, the service selected by the buyer and the destination. The following conditions apply to all deliveries.
- For standard services items will be dispatched as soon as possible but as this is not a scheduled delivery service, the time taken for delivery may vary.
- For expedited services where an agreed delivery date or time has been given, the seller will use a courier service to meet such agreements. In the event the courier fails to deliver as promised, any delivery charges paid by the buyer will be refunded on request. If the buyer places an order which cannot be dispatched in time for the chosen date, the seller will contact the buyer to inform them.
- Cut off times apply for placing orders for guaranteed delivery services. Please see published information, which may vary from time to time.
- For particularly large or bulky items, specialist delivery services may be used. If this is the case, the seller will contact the buyer to arrange delivery.
- For certain orders that contain custom or made to order items, or where an item requires specialist delivery, the seller can only provide an estimated delivery window at the point of ordering. Listing pages for such items will specify these limitations.
- Where a payment made by the buyer has not cleared or where additional security checks are required due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer, dispatch may be delayed.
If any delivery or other service is delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the seller or their appointed third party (for example, severe weather, customs delays etc), a reasonable extension of time shall be granted by the buyer, this includes any reasonable extension to a guaranteed delivery date.
Loss or Damage in Transit and Incorrect Items
In the event an item arrives to the buyer damaged or the item is incorrect, the buyer will inform the seller as soon as possible and within seven days of receipt. Claims for damage or incorrect items beyond the seven day period cannot be accepted by the seller.
The seller will arrange for a replacement, refund and/or collection of the item as the seller deems necessary.
Where an item which is dispatched does not arrive within a reasonable time the buyer must inform the seller within one month of the expected delivery date. Claims for lost items beyond the one month period cannot be accepted by the seller. The seller will replace the item or refund the buyer as the seller deems necessary.
In the event of loss or damage to a delivery, the buyer provide any information requested by the seller or a third party.
The buyers right to return goods and the timescales in which they can do so, vary dependent on the reason for return and the method of purchase.
Terms and Conditions
You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received, return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, reason for the return, and your eBay ID.
We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. Please note this does not include the refund of postage of the item(s) to you.
OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
To claim warranty return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility

WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO A CONFIRMED ADDRESS. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. To assist us with your delivery you may include a phone number via PayPal. We have at times phoned buyers prior to dispatch to confirm details and this speeds up the whole process. We can still email/message you as well if needed. We do not use the phone number for any other purpose other than the order.
We will dispatch the item generally within 1-3 business days after the clearance of your payment.
In most cases some form of Online Tracking numbers is issued for easy tracking. This depends upon the dispatch method. Some forms of Postage does not supply a tracking number. If you require this we can increase the postage to include this but additional charges may apply
We will offer free shipping insurance for all buyers. This is up to but not exceeding the total of the purchase.
Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, GST, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any). We only handle the shipping to you.
Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country. We are not responsible for these charges.
However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by your government on the purchase.
Where your order is an international delivery, when you feel the arriving parcel is too light unreasonably, please open the parcel to check before signing on the courier paper. If you find that there is a discrepency in the physical goods received and the invoice which is included in each order please photograph the received goods and packaging. Please contact us via your ebay account and contact seller. Attach the photos to the message telling us what you think is missing or the condition of the delivery. We can then review the situation.
