The cost of shipping for most listings is determined by by weight and size. Sometimes the shipping is "Free" and built into the cost of the product. Other times we sell the product at cost and make small profits on shipping fees. Certain products sell better one way or the other on eBay, and we are always experimenting. As such, we cannot provide a comprehensive shipping table here as it would quickly be out of date.

Processing Times:
Orders received before 12pm PST will be processed on the same business day. Any orders received after 12pm PST will be processed as part of next business day's shipments.

Shipping within the US:
All packages to US Addresses are mailed from Point Roberts, WA (even if it says item location "Canada", don't worry, we will still mail it from the US). We ship to PO Boxes and are honored to ship to military APO / FPO addresses (why doesn't everyone?).

Most listings have two shipping standards:
1) The default shipping option for most listings is USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post. Delivery standard is about a week (or less) to most US addresses, though APO/FPO will take longer. Purchase a shipping upgrade for faster service, particularly if you have a deadline.
2) Expedited Shipments (costs extra on most listings) are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Most shipments arrive in about four days or less.

Shipping to Canadian Addresses:
This listing will ship from Vancouver via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Letter Mail (our choice, unless specified in the listing), depending on the weight and size of the item. If you are in a rush for your package, please purchase a shipping upgrade and we will use Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpress Post to get you your package in 3 - 7 days.

Important: Some of our other listings show a default shipping type of USPS. As detailed in the descriptions for those items, that is not a mistake. USPS shipping is cheaper, but it is slower. This listing will ship via CP from Vancouver for Canadian orders, but if you purchase the same product on a different listing, then it might ship USPS.

Europe, Australia & Other International Destinations:
Most items heading for these destinations will be shipped via:
1) USPS First Class Mail International (default). Allow three to four weeks, depending on your local customs.
2) Priority Mail International (upgrade required on most listings). Faster, often two weeks or less, but this is not guaranteed as any package can be delayed in your customs.

Online tracking is not available for international shipments.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

Returns:
Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the date of sale for a refund less shipping and processing charges which are non-refundable. Listings that include "free" shipping will have actual shipping costs deducted from the total refunded. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Packages sent to us not showing an RMA number on the outside will be refused. Please visit CertifiedBattery.com to complete the RMA form if necessary.

Warranties:
All warranties expressed or implied are manufacturer's warranties. Certified Battery can in most cases process these warranties for you. Visit the manufacturer's website for full warranty details.

Discounts:
Our eBay pricing is the lowest of all our sales channels. However, if you are a reseller, contact us for discounts on volume purchases. Combined shipping discounts, if available, are calculated automatically - see the instructions at left. Any combined shipping discount is valid only on a single item/ebay listing, and can not be spread over multiple different items.

Certified Battery is a BC Corporation (HST #882727381RT) and must charge applicable Canadian Taxes to all Canadian shipments: HST in BC, Ontario and the Maritimes, and GST in the other provinces and territories.
