OUR RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully and ask questions before purchasing,as you are not entitled to return an item if you simply change your mind,make an inappropriate choice, or did not read the listing description properly.
You must read the listing, and item dimensions, as well as look at the photos, before purchasing.
You may seek to return goods for a remedy if they:
• are or become faulty through no fault of your own.
(providing that Installation has been done only by a qualified electrician and a compliance report filled out by them at the time)
• are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
• don’t match our description
• have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
In the very rare event that a product falls into one of the categories listed above, we will exchange the faulty product for an identical correctly functioning one. Alternatively, a store credit or refund will be offered if necessary, after discussion with the buyer.

Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Items that have been tampered with or installed by unqualified persons will not be eligible to be returned.
However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable
period and you may be asked for proof of purchase.
You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem
with the goods was not your fault.
Regarding items damaged in transit to you. Please check your items asap once you receive your parcel. We check our goods for damage, before packaging them extremely well. However,if something does arrive damaged, please let us know and we will arrange a replacement of whatever is needed asap.
