2. For personal requests you can notify us of the character you wish to cosplay as and effects wanted from the order as well as the colour and the environment in which you will be cosplaying. With the information we will tailor your order to suit your demand.

3.Once payment has been confirmed, we will immediately begin the manufacturing process, which generally takes 3-4 weeks for costumes, 2 weeks for wigs and shoes. Some orders may take longer due to difficulties in production. If the item is already in stock, we will proceed to shipping directly.

4. The materials which you order will be made from are:

For Costume: High quality uniform cloth, 100% polyester and 100% natural cotton.

For Wigs: Top Carney Karron fibre and heat resistant fibre

For Shoes: PU matrial.

If you have special request on material of order, we will do our best to satisfy you but the price may change.

5. Colour and Style:

Every one have their individual definition for colour, and under different conditions the colour will look different. We guarantee all of our catalogue pictures to be of the actual item. But due to many factors the same colour will look different to others, and the same style may differ slightly according to the person wearing it. Keep this in mind when making a purchase.

6. Custom Orders:

For your custom orders, it is crucial that you provide us with the most detailed pictures and that you be very specific in your personal request so that we may deliver your order to suit your demands. We will have our own perspectives during the manufacturing process, the more detailed you are, the more the order will be made to your perspective.

7. After Purchasing:

In order for your order to arrive in a timely fashion, please confirm and pay for the order as soon as possible so we may start making your order immediately.

8. After Receiving the Order:
