Shipping

All orders placed before 4pm will be shipped out that day, and the next working day if placed after 4pm. Orders will typically arrive the next working day. We post Monday to Saturday, but only until 11:30am on Saturdays.

 

All items are packaged well and shipped with care.

 

Orders to other countries within the EU will typically arrive in 3-5 working days. There may be additional charges for shipping to countries outwith the EU, please feel free to contact us for a price. Returns

Our Returns Policy

All our lamps are brand-new and come with a 90 warranty as standard. This warranty covers faults due to defective materials or workmanship and is valid from the day of receipt. Some items come with a manufactures warranty that may be greater than 90 days. All refunds do not include the cost of P&P unless specifically stated. Any products returned to us must include a copy of the receipt in order to identify who they are from.

 

Defective Product / Warranty claim

 If an item does not work or stops working by what appears to be a product defect this item can be returned to us within the warranty period and an exchange will be offered. If the item is reported to be defective within the first 30 days then the customer can opt for a refund instead, this may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-25%.

 

Incorrect product supplied

 Should the incorrect product be supplied we will offer an immediate exchange for the correct item. We will cover the P&P costs of returning the incorrect item to us.

 

Damaged in transport

 Items damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt. A replacement will be sent on return of the damaged lamp.

 

Ordered in error or no longer required

 Items ordered in error or no longer required should be returned to us within 3 days of receipt. Provided the item(s) are in perfect condition a refund will be offered, less shipping fees.

 

Distance Selling Regulations 

All customers have the right to cancel their order up to 7 working days after receipt of the item(s) in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
