- This item will be dispatched within two working days after payments of purchases are cleared. An email notification will be sent once the item is dispatched and tracking number provided.
- Pickup availability of the item will be shown on the corresponding listing.

- Delivery will only be made within 1 to 2 working days after the payment is cleared
- Customers hold full responsibility to provide valid delivery information before making payment. Changes of delivery information are NOT allowed after payment.
- Customers are responsible to all returns of the delivery caused by invalid address or information given. Additional charges (postage and service charge) may apply for re-delivery.

- All packages are inspected for damage prior to leaving us. We try our best to effectively protect items before they leave us, to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. We are not responsible for damages incurred during delivery.
- Deliveries can only be conducted within Australia. International delivery is not available.
We offer a 7-day return period for each product (unless stated) starting the day you receive it.
Merchandise that is discovered to be defective will be replaced. You may also return defective merchandise for a refund.
If an item you received is defective, we will replace the item with a new one; however, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to us. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping cost. On items with free shipping returned for a refund, the original shipping cost that we paid to Australia Post will be deducted from your refund.
Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility (which is you when you return a product to us).
