Payment Terms
1 – We accept PayPal, Direct Deposit and COD (Cash upon Pickup/Delivery). Before payment please ensure your postal address is correct on eBay and PayPal. DASH will not be liable for the loss of an item in the postal system due to incorrect addresses. Payment should be received within 3 days of purchasing an item. An unpaid item case (UPI) will be opened with eBay should payment not be received with the 3 days (This is because I need to have the fees I pay to eBay reimbursed).
2 – If you do not have a PayPal account, please go to the PayPal website and open an account. All the information you need is on this website as PayPal is the most secure method of payment over the Internet.
Shipping
1 – DASH Ships worldwide. Please confirm your address is correct prior to purchase as DASH is not liable for any loss of an item due to an incorrect address on the buyers account (either eBay or PayPal). We usually ship once a day including weekends on the day payment is received and cleared (Except Holidays). As you would be well aware International Postage requires more complicated shipping procedures. Postage time varies in each country as local authorities and custom clearance time should also be taken into consideration. The estimated delivery times supplied by Australia Post are exactly that, estimations not guarantees. Therefore please allow a few days either side of the maximum delivery estimation timeframe. I welcome any questions relating to shipping times.
Return Policy
1 – Items are gladly protected by 100% refund or replacements guarantees should the item be damaged in transit or not meet your expectation as per the listing. Please contact me to send a picture of the damaged item to DASH. We will then judge whether it is worth sending back. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost for reasons similar to, you don’t like it, you changed your mind etc. A 100% full refund will be provided once the item arrives in the same condition it left in.
