                                                                         LEYLAND P76 EXECUTIVE V8 1974
                                                                                                    A very rare opportunity!

'What A Beauty! .....I bought this exceptional Executive in 2008, the fifth P76 I have owned. I'm told by NSW P76 club members that I'm the third owner of the car, the original owner being an ex-Leyland Australia employee. As the pictures show, it is in exceptional condition and is finished in the very rare colour combination of Bitter Apricot with Black Executive Cloth Trim. The car is unmolested and in original specification including the original chassis/engine numbers from the factory. In 2010, it was resprayed to freshen the paintwork in 2Pac to the best possible standard. In the interests of trying to keep it as original as possible, the under bonnet, boot, door jams, etc were left original. It's fitted with a Force 7 Steering Wheel, factory cassette player, original AM radio, Leyland floor mats and a rare electric Force 7 Exterior Mirror. All interior lights work, including the armrest courtesy lights.

I've kept it in the best possible condition during my period of ownership. Many mechanical components have been replaced since 112,000 kms in 2008 including :-

Rear Main Oil Seal replacement
- Power Steering reconditioned
- Auto Transmission rebuilt
- Reconditioned Alternator
- Reconditioned Starter Motor
- Inhibitor switch and flasher units
- New Radiator
- New Valley Gaskets and seals
- New Gearbox Mount
- Replaced rear wheel cylinders
- New ignition coil, condenser. Numerous coolant, brake fluid changes and tuning parts along with oil and filter changes.
- Four new Yokohama Blueearth tyres at 116,000 kms.

I have receipts for the above repairs. It comes with two door/ignition keys, owners manual and Buyer Protection Plan info but not the service booklet. The Electric Aerial isn't working and a door ajar warning light switch needs adjustment.

I drove the car some 3,200kms in a round trip to Canberra in June/July last year for the P76 40th Anniversary Celebrations. It performed beautifully with a repair to an exhaust flange and drivers seat belt replacement the only things needing attention after the trip. I'm restoring another car that is taking alot of time and money to finish, hence my decision to sell the P76. It's currently on Club Regn in QLD which isn't transferable and the personalised plates won't be included in the sale. It's located at Hervey Bay, QLD which is 3 hours drive north of Brisbane. 'Moving Cars' or 'Ceva Logistics' websites can give an instant quote for transport costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Bidding on the car is to BUY the car, not 'to give it some more thought' after the auction ends. Please message me if you have any other questions. Thanks.
