Delivery & Freight

We use Ausralia Post Standard freight with tracking on small items. Please let us know if you would like freight insurance on checkout for small items.  For large items we use Fastway  and Star Track Couriers.  Fastway offer cover up to $1500 on most packages and also provide track and trace so you know where your item is.  We endeavour to send your item within 3 days from date of payment.  If stock levels don’t meet your requirement or delivery will be delayed we will contact you will an expected time of arrival.

The delivery times provided by LightworksOnline are estimates only. LightworksOnline will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. LightworksOnline cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. LightworksOnline is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this store or any store linked to or from it. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Warranties

All warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and not that of LightworksOnline.

Change of Address

LightworksOnline cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately. 

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.

Refunds & Returns

Returns must be in as new condition with packaging intact.

Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items

We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in its original condition.

See below for the time frame your exchange or refund must be made in:

Exchanges (full price items) - 2 months from date of purchase

Exchanges (sale items) - 1 month from date of purchase

Refunds (full price items) - 1 month from date of purchase

If you return your purchase you will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound & inbound shipping cost when your return has been processed at the warehouse.

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, LightworksOnline can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, LightworksOnline reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing LightworksOnline shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 

LightworksOnline shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. 

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LightworksOnline shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
