If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us first for a return authorization number. Returns or exchanges can only be made within 14 days of the sale of the item, no exceptions. Items must be returned with all original packaging and contents and in new condition or we will not be able to process your return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns, no exceptions. There are no returns on pickups, pre-wired kits, or any parts that have been used or soldered.
