Picked this up from Good Guys online and had it 2 days later. The camera took little time to set up and downloaded the software in 10 minutes and was using 5 minutes later. Fantastic picture quality was commented on by people I was Skyping with. Sound quality from inbuilt mike also good. Worth paying a little extra for a better quality product and getting 15% off during promotion really sweetened the deal. Only negative is the volume of extra plastic packaging for small item.
