Our designs are heat pressed onto the bag using a high quality vinyl which will provide a clean, crisp design and will not fade or crack.

Delivery Info

All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail First Class post. These items are usually dispatched within 4 working days (Monday-Friday) after payment has been received. Please note that we hope to dispatch your order sooner than this but as most of our items are printed to order we may at times need up to 4 working days to print and ship your order.

Orders within the UK can be upgraded to Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For™ delivery. This service does not offer a quicker service but is a trackable service and will require a signature upon delivery of your order. Please note that orders are always dispatched within 4 working days regardless of the postage option selected.

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail™, this is not a trackable service. Orders within the EU should be delivered within 7 working days (Monday-Friday) from the dispatch date. For countries outside of the EU please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch for delivery.

Returns

We offer no hassle returns on all items (excluding sale and clearance items) provided they are returned to us within 30 days of the dispatch date. Items can be refunded or exchanged but must be unworn and fit for resale. The return period is extended to 45 days for international orders.

To return an item please follow eBays returns process. In 'My ebay' go to 'Purchases', find the correct transaction, click on the drop down menu under 'Actions' and then click 'Return Item'.

For all returns and exchanges the item is your responsibility until it reaches us so it is advisable to obtain a proof of postage from the post office until we have confirmed receipt.

By committing to purchase any item from Burt's Shirts you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, all printed garments associated with people, personalities or organisations are 100% unofficial and are in no way connected or affiliated to Burt's Shirts. 

The prices of all goods are clearly marked in their description and are inclusive of VAT and duty (if applicable). All delivery charges are also displayed on the listing. At any given time, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our site may be mispriced. We do, however, verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. If an item's correct price is higher than the listed price, we have the right to demand the correct amount before shipping or a full refund will be offered. 

Stock levels in our ebay shop are kept as accurate as possible but due to sales outside of eBay we may sell out of an item before we can update our eBay stock levels. Should this happen we will order new stock immediately so delivery times are not affected. However, in the unlikely event that both ourselves and our supplier are out of stock of a particular item, and no acceptable alternative is available, the buyer will be notified immediately and offered a full refund.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the brand of garment you are within your right to request a refund and cancel the order. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the details provided for delivery are correct. It is not the responsibility of Burt's Shirts to correct any delivery address, and under The Data Protection Act we cannot amend your billing address details. We will ship goods to the address provided by paypal which you should confirm at checkout. 

Orders will be shipped via the method specified on the listing unless an alternative method is chosen by you. If the size or weight of the order prohibits the stated method then you, the buyer, by purchasing an item from us allow us to choose the most appropriate shipping method. Where an alternative delivery method is selected you agree that your order will be dispatched within the specified time frame stated on the listing. Where applicable, Next Day Special Delivery does not guarantee next day delivery from the date of purchase but from the dispatch date. 

All international orders may be subject to Import duties, taxes and charges in upon arrival in the country they are shipped to. These are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Buyers should please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Please note that the colours shown in any product images are to be used as a guide only, actual colours may vary slightly, also the size of printed designs may also vary compared to those shown in the product images. By purchasing from Burt's Shirts you agree that there may be slight discrepancies in colour and design size in comparison to the product image.  

We offer a 30 day no hassle returns policy on non-sale and custom items. Due to the nature of custom printing we cannot accept returns unless an item is faulty upon receipt. Replacements for faulty or incorrect items will be sent out free of charge and we will refund the postage costs for the return of faulty or incorrect items to the value of first class postage. Please contact us if an item needs to be exchanged for a different size or style, there will be a postage fee to cover the return postage for these items. Items will only be accepted in an unworn and unwashed state with all tags, where applicable, still attached.  Postage costs will be determined by the weight and size of the item in accordance with prices set by Royal Mail. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost on return to us so it is advisable to use a recorded delivery service or keep hold of a proof of posting until delivery is confirmed.
