Motor Features

Construction: Durable and powerful, Sleek European design and functions, the actuators body is constructed from cast alloy and the external body is powder coated with 2 matching colours (soft gray and mid gray).
The top cover of the motors can be removed to alloy easy access to the limit switches.

Heavy Duty Operator The actuators supplied are heavy duty and able to open/close a double gates 6m wide with maximum weight of 500kg.
Motor wires: The actuators is pre-wired with a 6m 2 core cable, this cable is ready to connect to the motor input in the control panel.

Limit switches,
The actuators are fitted with a limit switches that are easily adjusted to control the exact opening and closing position for the gate(s).
(see picture below).

Manual Override,
The actuators are fitted with key switches (see picture above), to allow a manual usage of the gates in an emergency situation.

APC CB12 Control Panel

External casing, Weatherproof, plastic casing with weather seal, easy to install and with a convenient swing to open hinged front cover.
Control board, The control board is an easy to connect and easy to set up, all the terminal connectors are a plug in type, (remove, connect the wire to it and plug back in).
Battery backup, The control panel is fitted with 1 x 12V 5Ah battery.
Automatic close, adjustable automatic close time.
Warning light / Buzzer output during operation: The light or buzzer (if connected) will switch on while the gate is opening and will stay on until the gate is closed.
Electric Lock output: This output will provide 12VDC allowing the electric lock to open.
Photo Electric Sensor output: This allows for connection of PE sensor.
Controlling input: This allows for connection of keypad, push buttons switches, automatic opening sensors or an intercom with dry contact output.

The control board is fitted with very important LED's indicators designed to show the actual status of operation making installation, please see the following.
Gate closing: Red LED's are on
Gate opening: Green LED's are on
PE sensor loop: Orange LED is on when the PE sensor loop is completed
PB1 (push button 1): Orange LED is on when this input is used and the switch is triggered
PB2 (push button 2): Orange LED is on when this input is used and the switch is triggered
Lock: Orange LED is on when the lock is activated
Warning light / Buzzer: Orange LED is on when the light circuit is running.
Built-in Receiver Channel 1 & 2: Orange LED's are on if the receiver is working correctly.
Remote control Channel 1 & 2: Green LED's are on if the the remote control is programmed to the receiver.

Low voltage power supply

Low voltage power supply
The system is supplied with an standalone 10Amp 15V AC transformer, this transformer supplied the control panel with the adequate power required to run the system and maintain the recharging of the back up battery (if required by the system).
The power supply can be plugged in into a 10A power supply 20m away from the gates or the supplied 20m may be shortened to suit the installation distance.

APC-RC4SS Remote Control
	Remote control Small pocket size with stainless steel front sliding cover plate, high tech and high security rolling code 433MHZ. 4 buttons on the remote allowing to open one gate, 2 gates and garage doors (a receiver is available on request, this will allow matching the garage door to this remote control). Note: 2 Remotes controls are supplied, more available on request.

Note: The gate can also be operated by an intercom system with opening/unlocking function with dry contacts output (NO VOLTAGE).
