General -- What you see
Our items are sold "as described." We stand 100% behind what is written in our listings, and we guarantee all of our items.
PLEASE NOTE: If you think an accessory should be with this item, and it is not pictured or not mentioned, it is not included.
We do not intentionally "hide" information about what we sell! We list a very large variety of items, and we do our best to describe our items as accurately as we can with the experience that we have. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
Our prices are not necessarily an indication of value. We list most of our items with a very low opening bid. If they sell low, then you just got a great CIE deal! We want you to be able to trust that what you see is what you get, and we want you to feel confident enough to come back to us when you can't find what you need anywhere else.
We photograph all of our items individually except when we occasionally list in quantity or sell new items. If the description does not say otherwise, the images displayed are of the actual item for sale.
Email / Contact
We answer customer emails regularly during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Central Time). If you ask a question on a weekend or holiday, we will answer your question promptly on the following business day.
If you receive your item, and it is significantly different than described, please contact us, and we will arrange a full refund or product exchange. Items returned for any other reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We must receive the returned item(s) within two weeks (14 days) of original delivery.
Items should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. If this is not possible, the item should be packed to meet the carrier's insurable packaging specifications. Typically this requires a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2" of padding on all 6 sides.
Items that are sold "AS IS" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind. (As long as the item shipped is the correct item listed, of course.)
We are happy to leave positive feedback as soon as your on-time payment clears, and we appreciate your positive feedback if your transaction is satisfactory. Remember, we are always willing to work with you on any problems you may experience, so please contact us before leaving negative feedback. Due to high quantity amounts of sales shipping may be delayed for a week or so as restocking is needed and it takes time to receive our product or item. If there is a complication we will handle things professionally and if you require your money returned we will take the steps needed as a professional Ebay seller.
Items that are not paid for within one week (7 days) of auction close with no contact or payment arrangement will be added back into our inventory, and an eBay non-paying-bidder claim will be filed.
