Returns and Exchanges
We will only accept returns if the item is not fit for purpose or if the item is not 100% as described by us. We will happily refund the paid price of the item once it has been returned and assessed. Customers are only able to request an exchange for garments that are still currently available for sale online.
Australian customers are required to enclose a prepaid postage bag if wishing to have products sent back for an exchange. We strongly suggest using a postage bag with tracking available such as Express Post or Registered Post. Our Online store will not be responsible for any parcel sent by the customer, which is lost in transit.
The item must be returned to us, in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, within 14 days of receiving it. A refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please do not contact us about your refund before the 5 days have passed. The cost of returning the item to us is at the cost of the customer.
