We always try to ensure that you buy the correct item by showing a full and comprehensive fitment list in all of our listings so that there is no need for the hassle of returning items, but in case you or we have made a mistake, all items are to be returned, unopened and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt and a returns number is to be obtained by opening a returns case through the eBay system. Due to the amount we send out anything returned to us in any other way can not be accepted. Outward and return postage will only be reimbursed if the item is not fit for purpose or supplied in error. Any items bought in error by the buyer or if the buyer decides they do not like the item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Electrical items can only be returned if they are unopened as all electrical items are subject to testing before they leave the factory to ensure that they are in full working order, once removed from the packaging and mounted we can no longer accept them back as even a small amount of excess power going to the rectifier can damage these parts.
