Returns

If for whatever reason we have messed up your order, then please contact us ASAP via Ebay Messages. Returns will not be accepted unless they have been authorised by Saffron Electronics. All returns must be in their original undamaged packaging and suitably packaged for return. If the goods are faulty, then we are sorry! Every effort is made to ensure the goods you receive are of the very highest quality. Please contact us ASAP so we can rectify the problem.
With the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. If you choose to do this, then you MUST contact us via the eBay messaging, or by letter to the address above. Emails will not be accepted due to their tendency to be lost and blocked by spam filters and the like. You will be responsible for sending the goods back to us at your own cost, then and only then will you receive a refund within 30 days. If the goods do not arrive then proof of posting will be required before any refund is initiated.
