TESTING 


1) EN 13595  

The Kevlar® used in our jeans has been tested in laboratory according to European Standard EN13595-2 (method for determination of impact abrasion resistance) with a score of 7.15 seconds ofabrasion resistance in accordance with the level 2.
Subjecting the same material by the European standard EN 13595part 4 (method for determination of impact cut resistance), the resultis in line with the level 1.



2) UNI 12947 - Martindale method



The Martindale method allows to analyze the resistance of a fabric througha series of repeated cycles of abrasion, as described by European standards UNI 12947-1.
We tested the Kevlar® fabric paired with denim by the Martindale method.The results were excellent, more than 70,000 cycles of abrasion, 


A classic fabric denim of a common jeans, resist less than 10,000 cycles.
