If the goods supplied to you are faulty, they will be exchanged or your money refunded. You pay the postage costs to return the goods to us and we will either:
1.refund the full original purchase price including the original postage or
2.replace the faulty goods
If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased, you may return them for a refund (less a small handling charge). You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods of your intention to return them.
You pay the return postage costs to us and postage costs are not refundable.
In all instances where goods are returned to us, they must be unworn/unused by you and still in their original undamaged packaging.

FAB shall not be held responsible for goods not fitting, all manufacturers fit and sizes vary. If you need to exchange your size you can do this via our returns policy.
Shipping and Handling
Any dates, times or periods for delivery of Goods quoted by FAB are estimates only and FAB shall not be liable for failure to meet such estimates or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the Buyer as a result of any delay howsoever caused.
Charges for Carriage are for one way delivery. Additional deliveries and exchange deliveries will incur an additional shipping charge.
A shipping charge is charged to all other destinations in Europe and the Rest of the World. Please contact us for delivery costs and options to your country.
All orders with a United Kingdom postcode are normally despatched within one working day of receiving your cleared payment.
We routinely despatch via Royal Mail using their standard service, normally delivering to you within 3-6 working days of despatch or by Royal Mail 1st. Class for goods over 2kg., normally delivering within 2-3 days.
We also offer you the option of choosing to have your item despatched by Royal Mail Priority (Next Working Day) delivery.
To improve our delivery service to you or for other operational reasons we may from time to time use carriers other than Royal Mail. The carrier chosen for your delivery is always at the discretion of FAB.
If your Goods are not received within the specified timescale, you should notify us immediately by email.
Where your Goods are being delivered by Recorded Delivery or Tracked Delivery, we will check the tracking status of the Goods and also supply you with the tracking number so that you may check your delivery.
Delivery timescales are given by FAB as a guide, they are not guaranteed by us or the carrier and so may not always be achieved.
Please note: When Royal Mail are unable to deliver a parcel because no one is at home to receive it, they will deliver a card informing you of the address of the sorting office where you can collect your parcel.
Normally, you have 21 days to collect your parcel except in the case of recorded delivery parcels which are only held for 7 days. After these times, Royal Mail will return the parcel to sender.
In all circumstances it is the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the parcel within the appropriate timescale. Should parcels be returned to FAB, the buyer will be responsible for all postage costs, including those incurred by FAB in reposting the goods.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
