Warranty Information
We will repair or replace any faulty batteries if contact is made within 1 year after receipt of product and the problem is deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
These Batteries have a 12 month warranty and that does not cover damage done from abuse. Batteries can be destroyed quickly if over heated severely and we will not be responsible for users damage to their own batteries. We Can Have Authorised Repairs Done To Most Quality Brands Of PowerTools, Cordless and Powered.
The battery must be returned to us within 1 year after purchase and you must have the invoice supplied at sale as proof of purchase and the items serial number, we will assess the tool and if deemed a manufacturer fault we will repair or replace the item at no charge. This does not cover general wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover damage due to dropping, abuse, miss-use of the tool or poor maintenance, it covers manufacturing faults only.
The warranty doesn`t apply if repairs have been attempted by others or the tool has been altered in any way.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
