Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with any part of your order, you may return or exchange the unused product(s) within 30 days of the ship date. If you purchase the order for Christmas or Birthday or some other special event and you exceed the 30 days we will extend our return policy to protect you, just send us an email or give us a call to start the process.

All returned products must be in a new, unused condition (no pet hair, odors, signs of wear, etc.) with all tags in place. Once we receive a return, a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be issued back to the purchasing credit card or Pay Pal account. If you are returning because of our mistake or a defective product we will refund all shipping costs. Your credit card company may require up to an additional 5-7 days to post the credit to your account. You may repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and return the package along with a note explaining what you would like us to do (refund/exchange), your order number, and any special instructions.

Pacific Wave Surf Shop is a family owned business that opened in 1993 on Pacific Avenue, in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz. The shop owner grew up helping with the family surf shop on the wharf, Nolands, which opened in 1961. In 1993 after the Loma Prieta earthquake changed much of downtown, Pacific Wave was able to move into the empty and damaged old historical building that was once the county bank in 1895. Inspired by the home town surf shop, but also by the ever growing surf and skate culture that embodies Santa Cruz, Pacific Wave has taken the local surf shop mentality to a whole new level.

Pacific Wave carries every Santa Cruz, Nor Cal, Independent and Creature product - more than any other shop in the world.
