Wet & Wavy Indian Hair Caring Instruction

  1. Shampoo and condition your hair properly. Dry completely before weave application.
  2. Apply this hair one track at a time to make sure you have even distribution (only professionals should double tracks).
  3. When shampooing, do not rub hair in circles. This causes tangling. Follow with a good detangling conditioner. Rinse properly. Instead of circles, massage downwards. Keep on running your fingers through the hair while rinsing and shampooing. This will help prevent tangling.
  4. To maintain the wave in the summer, you can wet the hair thoroughly. Comb out completely and then apply mousse and oil sheen while wet (during the drying process, do not comb or run fingers through the hair- this causes big hair!). The hair should be air dried. Blow dryer will cause frizz.
  5. For winter maintenance, divide your hair in medium sections and braid or twist at night. Spray oil sheen and loose it out in the morning.
  6. When combing out, start at the ends of hair and work up to the root. This is the best way to keep the cuticles smooth. ** Products with alcohol are harsh on the hair. It causes tangling and dryness.
  7. To straighten curl, shampoo and condition, blow dry as straight as possible. Then flat iron in small sections to straighten well.
