EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
 
Please understand that we do our very best to fit you the first time.  We are very good at what we do, but on  the rare occassion you may require an exchange or if you not happy for any reason return the item for stock refund.
 
We offer exchange for size if available
or we shall refund your money. 
All postage costs are at the buyer's expense.
 
If you require an exchange of size/style or return please contact us for an authorisation number PRIOR to returning the item.  Returns without an authorisation number will incur a 20% restocking fee.
 
Exchanges/Returns must be returned to us within 10 days from our ebay recorded despatch date.
 
 Items received after this time frame will not be accepted and will be at your expense to re-collect. These items will only be held for 21 days before being destroyed. 
 
Please fill out the exchange slip including the size/style required and post back with a self addressed express post satchel for us to send the exchanged item to you.
 
We will then process your exchange within 24 business hours of receipt.
