Ms Global offers 14 days satisfaction guarantee. If you find any faults within 14 days on receipt of your item, we will either arrange replacement or refund for you. The procedure is as follows:
Take clear pictures about the faulty part and send pictures and detailed description to msglobal.sydney@gmail.com. Please keep all the original packaging and do not use the item. In order to make claim to our suppliers and also for quality improvement purpose, we need to have clear pictures and description as proof.
Once we receive the pictures and description, we will identify the problem and reply to you with solution options within 24 hours.
Please do not send the item back before you receive our confirmation for the disposal to the item.
Replacement or refund will be made after the faulty item’s received.
Once we get your confirmation for the solution, we will take action within 24 hours.
