If payment is not received within 4 days of purchase, an 'unpaid
item' case will automatically be opened on eBay, unless you contact us prior to
request an extension.
The 'unpaid item' case will automatically close
once payment is received. If payment is NOT received within 4 days of an 'unpaid
item' case being opened, a STRIKE will be recorded against your eBay account. To
avoid this, please contact us if there are any delays, and we can work something
out for you.
NOTE: Please understand, the above mentioned process is
AUTOMATIC and cannot be changed unless you conact us. If you cannot make payment
within the 48hrs of purchase, please let us know. If you cannot make payment in
time once an 'unpaid item' case has been opened, please let us know.

ALL items are posted through
Australia Post via eParcel and eParcel EXPRESS. This is a premium service which
provides you with added security through tracking ability and a signature upon
delivery. This avoids any items being lost. Since introducing this premium
service, we have not lost any parcels.
PLEASE NOTE: It is YOUR
responsibility to make sure that the NAME and ADDRESS specified in your eBay and
PayPal account is correct. We can only post to the address on your eBay account.
If an item is posted to an incorrect name and/or address, and is subsequently
returned to us, an extra postrage charge will be applied before your item is
re-sent. Your item will be re-sent once payment is received for the new postage
charge.
We are human. If we make a mistake such as a 'typo' or missing
information, please don't shoot us :)
We will resend your item at our own
cost with EXPRESS post to get it to you in the shortest possible time. Your
understanbding if this happens would be greatly appreciated.
Please
understand, the tracking service that is provided to you is for your own use.
This gives YOU the ability to check on the where-abouts of your package. Once
your order is posted, WE DO NOT check the where-abouts of your package. This is
not possible due to the high volume of packages sent each day.
If you
have not received your item after 7 business days from the time it was posted,
please contact us. We will investigate it for you. Please understand, once your
package is posted, we have no control over the speed at which it arrived to you.
Australia post provides us with an indication of ETA, but this can only be used
as a guide.
Please be patient, we always aim to post your item within 24
hours of cleared payment. Once it is posted, it is on its way to you. You will
get your item.
If you need your order URGENTLY, please upgarde to EXPRESS
post. Tracking and signature is also provided for this service for extra
security. The EXPRESS post service is an OVERNIGHT service for all major cities
and surrounding suburbs. Please allow 2 days for country areas.
Please
note that sometimes there will be delays caused by nature (floods, ash from
Volcanoes etc). Please be patient as Australia Post cannot control this. You
