This is the most expensive pair of sunnies I own , but being a tow truck driver , working all hours of daylight , in all weathers , good sunnies are kinda mandatory if you value your eyes at all These glasses are good , they cut glare .. important when driving into a sunrise or sunset .. or just staring along a line of traffic jam with the sun reflecting from all the cars in front Theyre lightweight , not a big deal until you have to wear them all day in hot and sweaty conditions when anything on your face becomes annoying they stay clean easy and are easy to clean .. important to me .. I have prescription safety multi focals for doing paperwork and rigging cars to tow .. Im always cleaning them or looking thru sweat smudges , but the Mako sunnies have no such issues Im a bigger built guy , 6'5" , 220 lb , my head is proportionally larger than most peoples heads ... this causes problem for me when it comes to glasses .. as most frames are made for people with smaller heads ...most safety glasses cut into my temples , or make wear spots on my ears , the Mako glasses tho do not , theyre plain comfortable to wear , so much so I often forget Im wearing them There are no rubberised sections hiding sharp plastic as I have found on a lot of other safety type sunnies . Driving in fog , rain and harsh glare conditions I have found these glasses to be seriously good value Read full review
