If you need to return an item
All returns are at your own cost. Refunds given excluded post and packing charges.
1 - If you need to return an item/s please email us so we know to expect it.
2 - Damaged/ Faulty items must be notified within 24 hours of receiving item/s.
3 - Item/s must be returned within 7 days.
4 - Returned items must be complete and in NEW/UNUSED condition with all Styrofoam, box, certificates etc as they were sent. Package securely, preferably in original packing materials and packing box.
5 - All Returns are at your own risk so please send by secure post (signed for, insured), as Proof of Posting is Not Proof of Delivery.
6 - You must include your name, address and eBay ID with the returned item. Refunds EXCLUDED all Post and Packing charges.
