Shipping policy
Bulky items are sent via courier. Courier CAN NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Smaller items are sent via Australia Post and can be sent to PO Boxes. Delivery times are between 2 and 8 days from payment cleared from Sydney (may take longer depending on delivery point, courier and unforeseen circumstances.

Customer has the option to organise their own freight for bonnets or other parts. If the customer chooses to use our courier and RTM Spares organise freight on behalf buyer - RTM Spares do not take any liability for any damage caused by freight company. Freight companies do not cover insurance for fragile parts. All parts are sold brand new and checked before delivery. All of our parts are new and are not colour coded. They come in primer black/grey.

POLICY FOR FREIGHT OF PARTS
Customer has the option to organise their own freight for bonnets or other parts. If the customer chooses to use our courier ,RTM Spares can organise freight on behalf buyer .Customer has the option of taking insurance at an extra cost (depending on value of parts) It is the responsiblity of the customer to ask for insurance . All parts are sold brand new and checked and wrapped before delivery. All of our parts are new and are not colour coded. They come in primer black/grey.Any returns must be notified/made within 7 days of receiving parts. Insurance on parts is an extra option at the expense of customer. Once insurance option is accepted,it is the customers responsiblity to check parts before signing. Insurance will be void if signed received in good order and condition. Any cancellation of orders made by customer will incur 10% processing and handling fee plus freight & insurance will be deducted from total refund.
Saleonline has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate its commitment to privacy. Saleonline provides facilities throughout the site to refer a friend to Saleonline or to send references to a specific listing to a friend. You may not use the "Email to a friend" service or other email forwarding services that we offer to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our privacy policy or Terms and Conditions. Saleonline reserves its right to store, sell, or rent these email addresses provided by the user so long as this does not contravene any Australian State or Federal Privacy Law/s.
