Size #10 hand operated Meat Grinder with clamp to attach securely to your benchtop.
Select the meat of your choice and create your own Sausages, Ground Meat, Homemade Sausage Rolls or an Aussie Meat Patty. Not only can it make great meat filling but also Vege Filling and grinding your own chilli flakes.
Our Meat Grinder is very simple to use – all you need to do is put the sliced food into the funnel (you can’t miss it; it is on the top of the device). From there your food goes on a horizontal screw conveyor, which is operated by turning the handle. The conveyor squashes and mixes the food, which comes out in the opening in front of the fixed hole plate. To make sausages, simply attach the white plastic funnel to the front of the grinder by removing the front alloy ring, then sit your funnel ontop of the cutting plate and screw your alloy ring back on.
After you are done using it, it can be simply taken apart and cleaned on the inside, ready to be used again. We Recommend you oil the Steel Blade & Cutting Plate after drying to prevent rusting.
Please note: Wash before use. This item is not dishwasher friendly.
As with any kitchen appliance with metal parts it is recommended that you wash the unit before and after use in hot soapy water and dry immediately and lightly coat the blade and disk in oil. This will prevent the blade and disk rusting and greatly extend the life of your mincer.
