  • Royal mail delivery guidelines are 3 – 5 working days. On rare occasions, mail does get delayed as the post service is not perfect. If your mail does not arrive after 15 working days, it is classed as lost by Royal Mail. In this unfortunate case, please contact us so we can open a trace.
  • Before contacting us we advise contacting your sorting office.
  • Overseas delivery averages 2 weeks and possibly more to southern hemisphere countries.
  • All postage rates for delivery outside the UK are specified in the Postage and payments section of each listing.

We only sell Region 2 European disks.
Please check your player supports this format before buying.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund if a purchase has been made for a disk that will not play on a non-region 2 player.

All Brand New Disks

In recent months new disks sometimes do not contain a shrink wrap, they arrive unsealed from the manufacturer.
The disks are still new and unused, as that is all we sell.

If you wish to return a disk for any reason, we offer a no quibble refund policy.
Simply return the item to us in the same condition it was received and we will refund upon receipt.
