We accept payment either by direct deposit into our bank account or through PayPal. If you wish to pay by direct deposit please include that information as a note when you make your purchase and your user identity in the deposit information.
Remember you can also pay by credit card or echeque through the PayPal system.
We use Australia Post for all our shipping.

Both the eBay and Express Post satchel options are available if you wish to have the watch shipped in a gift box. Please see the postage options and make your choice.
The Express Post option provides next business day delivery to specified locations

Remember that Express Post is only collected Monday to Friday so orders placed on the weekend will not be delivered until Tuesday at the earliest
If your order is paid for by 4pm we will initiate shipping that day and it will be posted either that day or the next depending on Australia Post service.
Only items that are shipped in an eBay or Express Post satchel have tracking.
If you have not received your item within 7 business days (Monday Friday excluding Public Holidays) contact us immediately.
We provide a pickup option after 6pm most days
We sell our goods under the conditions specified by the Australian Consumer Law, which means that WE must provide the warranty not the manufacturer.
That is the law in Australia. Sellers are the warranty providers.
If you purchase from an overseas supplier they are the warranty provider, not the authorised dealers of that brand in Australia.
If you have any issues with the goods contact us immediately so we can resolve your concerns.
Goods must be returned so we can validate your claim. You are not legally obliged to return the original packaging and contents but we request you do this as a courtesy.
Depending on the issue you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
