We appreciate that when buying online, orders should be sent out as quickly as possible, so we aim to dispatch all orders that are received before 3pm on the same day.
We like to offer a friendly customer service, and will try our best to help with any queries. As we hold our own stock in our warehouse, we can make sure that your order is looked after and processed with care.
We are happy to accept refunds using the following guidelines:
If your item is faulty, or you have received the wrong item:
Please advise us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and return the item within 14 days. Please add your ebay ID and details of the fault / mistake to your package to enable us to deal with your refund a swiftly as possible. We will issue a full refund soon after receipt of the returned item including all p&p costs.
If you would like a refund due to the item not fitting, or not suitable for you.
Please advise us within 7 days of the receipt of your order, and return the unworn item in its original packaging to us within 14 days. Please add your ebay ID, and the reason for your return to your package to enable us to process your refund. The customer is responsible for the return p&p costs. Once we have received the item and are happy that the item is in its original unworn condition, we will process a refund, minus all p&p costs.
If it is apparent that the item is not in its original unworn condition, a refund will not be issued, and we will send the item back to the customer.If you would like to exchange your item for a different size:
Please contact us with 7 days of receipt, so that we can let you know if we have the exchange that you want in stock. Please return the item within 14 days, adding your ebay ID and the details of your request to your package so that we can process your request as swiftly as possible. We will forward a paypal payment request to cover the p&p costs for us to send your exchange out to you. Once this has been paid, we will send the exchange asap.
If you have posted your return, and we did not receive it:
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the cost and service used for posting the package back to us. We recommend that a recorded delivery service is used.Please be aware that we do try to issue refunds as swiftly as possible, but this could take up to 7 working days, especially during busy times i.e., Halloween and Christmas.
