What happens if my products are damaged when I receive them?

No matter how well we package our products, sometimes (rarely) they get broken. Boxes are transferred from vans to planes to trucks and are surrounded by other boxes on top, underneath them. If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us and we will replace your item immediately (providing the item is available, otherwise a replacement will be offered or a full refund). Please do not leave negative feedback for items delivered broken. You are required to contact us, we will take full responsibility and endeavour to have this rectified as soon as possible.
