I Shop Direct from Major Department Stores and Factory Direct Stores to find the best merchandise.  I also purchase wholesale lots from High End Department stores. Our garments are 98% Overstock/Shelf Pulls and will be listed as NWT.  These clothes have been in the retail environment and while they are new, they have possibly been handled by customers. There is a small chance they might have minor conditions such as small seam separation, surface dirt/makeup that will come out when washed or dry cleaned. I do my best to make any notes. My Customers satisfaction is my #1 Goal. Very small snags or loose beads are some type of condition we may find and WILL BE listed in NOTES  and these items will be advertised as NWT and we will not accept returns for those minor things.

Color and Material Discrepancies:

We take care to list the materials of every item. Each garment is photographed by us and you are bidding on that exact item. Colors may vary depending on your monitor. We use professional equipment to best capture true colors, but again every monitor and eye sees colors differently. Please ask any questions before bidding.

Return Policy:

I do my best to present accurate and detailed information about every item we sell, and desire to provide strong 5 STAR customer satisfaction and a very positive experience for our customers " Please read our customer feedback".

In the event I did miss a major flaw. Returned items must be in the same condition with tags and unworn.

All Return requests must be approved. Please contact us.

We are selling our merchandise for a fraction of it's original retail price so we discourage returns  if the item does not fit. All manufacturers sizing are different  so if you have any sizing, color, texture questions please feel free to email us your question BEFORE bidding.

Auction Items Combined shipping discount is 50% off. Please request a revised invoice once you have completed shopping.

International Shipping:
* Flat Rate Priorty Mail Shipping based on Location. I will combine shipping. Please request an invoice with the combined shipping when you have finsished shopping.
There is NO markup on mailing costs I pay what you pay the prices are also available at USPS.Com
PLease do not leave a low star rating on shipping I understand shipping is high however it IS the actual cost of shipping not an inflated cost by me.

* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Any additional postage imposed by your countries postage agencies are the buyeers responsibility. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
