If for some reason you have a concern with your order, please make contact with us immediately, so the matter can be resolved. Leaving negative feedback without first making contact with us will not help in resolving the problem you have.
Please make sure the address you provide to us is complete and includes a Post Code, House Number, Unit Number, etc. The address the item is posted to is taken from your registered eBay account. Should this delivery address be incorrect / incomplete, a re-delivery charge may apply should the item be returned to us. We are not liable for goods that are lost due to an incorrect address.
Not Received Your Item
If your item has not arrived in the time frames in our Shipping section (only count Monday - Friday and the 1st business day starts the day after we dispatch your item), please contact us via the link on the item listing. Please ensure you have the following information available and have also followed the steps below:-
- Your provide your eBay ID
- Provide your full delivery address and it is correct
- Provide the purchase date of the transaction
- You have checked with Neighbours / Post Office for PO Boxes, etc.
- You agree to return any replacement item to us should it turn up later.
Faulty / Incorrect Items - If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately to resolve the matter.
We will accept returns up to 7 days after the date of delivery. Items must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
-For exchange items, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible and include postage for the item to be returned back to us, please ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the exchange item.
-For refund items please send the item back to us within 7 days of informing us of the issue, return postage must be the same method/cost as it was sent to you. We will inspect the item on return and issue a full refund only on faulty/incorrect items. Once inspected we will initiate the refund and include any return postage cost.
Please make sure to include a note with your full details including eBay username and details of your eBay transaction to ensure we can complete the return process quickly.
Unwanted Items / Changed Your Mind - Items must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and meet all costs in returning the item to us. When returning items we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit returned to us. We will only issue a refund against the original payment once we have received the item back in original condition. We will also deduct 5% of the item sale price from the refund to restock the item in our store.
Occasionally our suppliers send stock that is not in the standard packaging, these items are genuine and always quality checked by us. We will either box them in our own packaging or wrap them in bubble wrap to ensure that they are delivered safely to you. From time to time suppliers may change or update their packaging that may differ in appearance to the photos in our listings, we always make sure the products we stock match the item listings. If any of this is a problem for you, we suggest you make contact before purchasing from us. All our orders are shipped safely packed in either padded bubble bags, wrapped in bubble wrap in satchels or packed in small boxes.
