Do you Combine Shipping?



Yes we do combine shipping/postage. 
Combined shipping/postage is based on weight and postcode.

Postage Specials also apply which you may be eligible for.

If you wish to take advantage of combined shipping rates please do not checkout until you have finished shopping. We will then send you a combined invoice with the adjusted postage rate as the eBay checkout system does not correctly calculate combined postage rates.
 


When can I expect my order to arrive?
 


We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 business hours of cleared payment being received. We post Monday to Friday.

As we are based in WA please take into consideration the time that Australia Post takes to deliver parcels from the West.

An email will be sent to the email address you have registered on eBay advising you of an approximate delivery time. A copy of the email should also be in your My Messages on eBay.
If you have not received this notification please check your junk folder.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time please check at your Post Office as it may be awaiting collection there. If it is not at the Post Office please contact us.

Customer service is our number one priority. One the rare occasion a problem occurs please contact us so we can rectify it for you.

Returns

For change of mind purchases if the item is not suitable returns are accepted on condition that the item is unopened in it's original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs.



For returns please contact us for a Return Authorisation number before sending the item back.



Please note that due to government health regulations certain products such as quilts, pillows, protectors etc are not allowed to be returned.

Within Australia the Double Size Doona Cover is also used on a King Single Bed.



For International Buyers a Twin Size is usually equivalent to an Ausralian Single Size and a Full Size is generally equivalent to an Australian Double Size.



For International buyers - as we list on the Australian Site please be aware that the terminology used in the listing is the Australian Terms used for bedding.



Within Australia a Quilt Cover or Doona Cover is not thick or padded. It is a cover which you put a doona/duvet/quilt inside. They are often called Duvet Covers overseas but the terminlolgy varies between countries.
