Brewing Instructions

  • Place one cup of water in pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of herb to boiling water.
  • Continue to boil for 3 - 5 minutes.
  • Cover and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Strain to remove loose herb.

Milk Thistle Seed is also available in convenient brew tea bags.
