Any Items To Be Returned To Grabit Are Shipped Through The Australia Post E-Parcel Post Service.

Please email Grabit with any concerns you have with a product as depending on the time frame between purchase and that the problem you are experiencing will determine if the product comes back to us, or in fact needs to be taken to the manufacturer directly or one of their registered service agents.

If it is determined that it needs to come back to Grabit then we will issue a product return authorisation via email.

You will also receive an email from Australia Post E-Parcel with the labels to be placed on the product and you then simply take it to your local Post Office.

Once received back Grabit will inspect the item returned and process credit or replacement accordingly.
