Australian Shipping

Free shipping and free returns for all Australian deliveries.
Depending on the item and size, shipping will be either via Australia Post eParcel or Toll Priority couriers.
.You will be issued a number to track your parcel via the Internet.

To keep your costs to a minimum, all Nationwide orders are dispatched in satchels, not boxes, our footwear does not come in a box!

International Shipping

International orders are shipped by Toll Priority Couriers.
You will be issued a consignment number & Website address via email so you can track your parcel.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these costs may be prior to purchasing.
You will be contacted by the courier to arrange for customs duties.

Insurance

Shipping insurance is included in your order
We will replace or refund you in full once it is confirmed by the shipper that your package has been lost.
We follow the shipper's investigation process, which for may take up to 10 business days for full resolution, please be patient! 

No Risk Return and Warranty
If you are unhappy with our product for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange for a return and or refund/Exchange.
You will be given a Return Authorisation number (RN#), which should be clearly marked on your return package.The package should be unopened & in its original packaging.

We will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the original shipment date. Products must be in the same condition you have received them and in the original packaging.

Warranty Details
For any warranty claim within 30 days from purchase, all postage will be paid by Ausboots.
For any claim after 30 days, postage to and from Ausboots will be paid by the customer
Ausboots will either exchange the goods for an item of similar cost or
Refund the purchase price of the product.

We make every attempt possible to reflect the actual colour of the products in the images presented on this web site.
However, ugg boots and other sheepskin products may exhibit some irregularities and variations in colour and texture.
These variations are characteristic of the sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear.

The accuracy of the images displayed also depends on the type of monitor used and the computer settings.
Where possible, multiple views of the product are provided, to minimise any discrepancies.

We are very confident you will be overjoyed with your purchase from Ausboots. So much so, that you may return or exchange an item that is not quite right for 30 days.
Your reasons may be for swapping size, colour or style; or simply a change of mind.

The item must not be worn or soiled in any way and must be returned in its original packaging with swing tags attached.
We suggest you try our footwear on a carpeted floor to ensure there is no damage to the sole or the footwear prior to return.
The return must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - 30 DAYS FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES - WE COVER POSTAGE BOTH WAYS.

ONE free return is allowed.
Free return means we will cover the cost of return postage for one exchange swapping size, colour or style (for a similarly-priced item) or change of mind.
To initiate a return, contact us by email at: customerservice@ausboots.com.au and we will ensure that a return label & bag are mailed to you.
Then mail the item back to us. Please note that our label does not require you to pay shipping. Please do not use your own postage/shipping as we will not refund your postage/shipping costs.
Postage costs BOTH WAYS will be covered by us for ONE free return only.

ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA - 30 DAYS RETURNS & EXCHANGES - WE COVER POSTAGE ONE WAY

To initiate a return, contact us by email at: customerservice@ausboots.com.au for a RN number. Then mail the item back to us together with the RN number, your order number and any instructions you have for us.
Return postage costs for exchanges and change of mind will be covered by you. However, any postage costs for damaged items will be covered by us.
You will be required to pay postage to return the footwear to us, but we.ll pay the postage to get the swapped pair to you.

Faulty/damaged items

If the item is found to be damaged or faulty within 7 days of receiving the item, please contact us at customerservice@ausboots.com.au

We.ll arrange for you to return the item to us, and once we received the items, we will check any faults/damage and once accepted, will offer full replacement or full refund.

If we find there is no such fault or damage, we will not approve a replacement or refund, and will return it to you.

Wrong Item Received

Although this hardly ever happens, sometimes, an incorrect item may be posted (This happens less than 0.05% of the time).
In this unlikely case, please let us know and we will sternly talk to the person responsible and rectify the problem immediately (at our cost of course).

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested at any time after your order is placed, if your order has not already been shipped we will be able to cancel for you. However,
if your item has already been picked and has been added to our shipping queue, we will no longer be able to accept the cancellation.
You may of course return any unopened item according to our return policy.

We will contact you through your eBay registered e-mail address, please make sure that it is working. If it is no longer valid, please send us a new e-mail address.
We endeavor to respond to messages within 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply to your email within 2 days, it means that we have not received your email or our reply has been filtered out by your spam filters.
If this happens, please check your spam/bulk/junk mail folders or email us from a different email account.
