All items are shipped from the One Stop Bar Shop Showroom located in Mornington, VIC (SE Melbourne).

Pick-up available for all items. Please call prior to arranging pick-up.

• We arrange for same day dispatch within notification of cleared payment (Cut-off time: 1 pm AEST). However, as our couriers do not do deliveries on Saturdays, all orders dispatched on Friday may not get delivered until Monday or Tuesday
• All items will be shipped by Courier or Australia Post
• We ship to only physical addresses (as Australia Post do not accept over 22kg dead or physical weight, couriers do not deliver to PO Boxs)
• Tracking numbers will be e-mailed or available on request after your order has been dispatched. We will provide all the information required on how to track the delivery.
• International shipment is available on selected products and on enquiry only.
• We can not guarantee the exact courier delivery time or arrange time of delivery for you because all couriers have different delivery routes which changes daily, please allow for public holidays and major events (ie. Christmas)
  • For NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC and SA, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery
  • For WA, NT and TAS, and other rural areas across Australia, please allow between 3-10 business days for delivery.
  • Note with WA, Freight to WA is slightly different from freight to the rest of Australia for which I have found a lot of customers are unaware of the circumstances of WA freight. There are 2 freight trains that run VIC to WA per week, delivery is bound by this freight service on all services with majority of all freight companies with the exception of express next day delivery which runs via express air delivery and startrack express whom use their own dedicated road haul network (we use startrack express on larger more bulky items). As a result the delivery time frame varies from 6-12 business days delivery no matter which carrier we use, and this is depending on the train schedule.

» Payment is appreciated within 4 days of purchase.

» If for some reason you are unable to pay in that time frame please contact us so that we can make alternate arrangements for you.

» We prefer payment to be made through bank deposit but are more than happy to accept paypal.

» As soon as we have received your cleared payment your items will be shipped.

Your bid is a contract therefore please only make a purchase if you are serious about completing the transaction. The One Stop Bar Shop Team is here to answer any inquiries you may have regarding our products, therefore please don't hesitate to contact us at any time with any of your questions or concerns.

As much as possible, we attempt to avoid having to file unpaid item disputes, however will be forced to do so if cleared payment has not been received within 4 days of purchasing to reclaim back any eBay fees charged to us. Please contact us if there are any issues regarding making payment and we'll happily arrange for a suitable payment arrangement that suits you. We happily accept bank deposits, PayPal, bank cheques and/or personal cheques on presentation of ID. Orders will only be dispatched or available for pick-up upon receiving your full cleared payment.

In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will arrange to send replacements to you at no additional charge. Please email us to info@onestopbarshop.com.au or call the showroom and our customer service team will arrange this for you immediately. Replacements and exchanges generally leave the showroom within 24 hours of being arranged.

• For defective parts, we will replace the item or in extreme circumstances we will organise an exchange for the whole product with no additional charges
• All defective or non-defective items, all customers must claim within 30 days on receipt of the package.
• Replacements and exchanges can also be arranged in person by visiting our warehouse located at Mornington or via mail if interstate.
