About Us

Art Shed is an Australian family owned business that has been in operation for 7 years now.

We are not a large company but your average Mum, Dad and kids. We know what its like to have to tighten the purse strings and that's why we endeavour to offer quality art and craft supplies at a good price.

Being so hands on also means we give fantastic service, we actually care about our customers and will go above and beyond for them.

Our shop in Moorabbin is a very vibrant, creative and fun place to be, our staff are all professional artists and can help you with any questions, advise or inspiration you may need.

Art Shed also offer FREE art classes for adult and kids as well as hiring out our studio free of charge to teachers wanting to run art classes or for artists wanting to hold an exhibition.

We also do bulk discounts for people wanting to purchase our products in bulk as well as wholesale pricing to the on seller.

Art Shed will gladly combine your purchases into one package for shipping and this will bring the postage cost down for you.
Once you have finished purchasing please send me an email and i will combine the purchases and send you a revised invoice with the new freight cost.

Shipping

We believe that once you purchase your item you should receive it in the fastest possible time, that's why we process your order in no more than 24hours!

All parcels over 500grams are sent via Australia Post Eparcel and are traceable.
 
Once your parcel has "left the building" (sorry for the Elvis joke) you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey from our place to yours.

If you are one of the lucky people who has purchased one of our amazing large easels or canvases, your items will be shipped out with Star Track Express. Dont worry - you too will be able to track it down via a link and con note number emailed to you.

Payment is to be received within 5 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged. We know that sometimes things pop up, we just ask for you to let us know :)

Art Shed Online's 100% satisfaction 365 day returns policy - WOW!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.
 
With Art Shed online's 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition that you received it in.

So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will arrange for a free return!

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 24 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your PayPal account or original method of payment within 2 days.
