Who will deliver my order?
We ship the majority of our items through Australia Post’s E-parcel
service. For heavier items (over 30kg) we generally use TOLL IPEC,
sometimes it is necessary to use a range of couriers dependant on your
location. We favour couriers who are reliable, have great customer
service, and can get your order to you in a reasonable time.
Can I have Large and Heavy Items sent to my P.O Box?
No, due to Australia post’s maximum limit’s for larger items and items
above 30 kg, these items can not be delivered to a post office box and
will be delivered by courier.
Do I have to supply a Business / Commercial address for Larger and Heavier items?
Yes. Please nominate your preferred business address for courier
delivery during checkout process. Alternatively you can pick up from the
nearest TOLL IPEC DEPOT. (Our definition of a business/commercial
address is NOT a business run from home or in residential area, NOT a
registered business at a property in residential area.)
Will my parcel have tracking?
Yes, all items are sent with tracking numbers. Unless otherwise
indicated in the listing.You will receive an email 2-4 days after your
cleared payment sent to your email address that is registered with Ebay
from Australia Post or Toll with the tracking number in it which can be
followed on line.
Can I track my parcel once it has left Autoelecau premises?
When the dispatch is arranged through eParcel a tracking number will be
emailed to you when goods are dispatched. To track your parcel, visit
http://www.eparcel.com.au and input your tracking number. If we dispatch
your order via courier you will receive an email advising you of the
company, consignment number, and link so you can track the item.
What will be the shipping cost?
autoelecau : The majority of items in our store are freight free, but please refer to each individual listing regarding the shipping costs.
Can my order be insured?
autoelecau : It already is. There is no need to do anything.
Will you ship internationally?
autoelecau : At this time we are only able to ship items within Mainland Australia and Tasmania.

number to YOUR OWN email address ( the one you have registered with

Return policy details
If an item is considered by the buyer to be faulty by manufacture we suggest first troubleshooting the fault with us in case it is not the item itself but other factors such as installation , or other components not supplied in the purchase but directly related, from there warranty will be honoured as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy , this will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer ( see the manufacturers Australian website for their warranty policy ) , alternatively if inside 30 days of purchase the item can be returned to Autoelecau and once the fault is confirmed will be refunded or replaced ( whichever the buyer prefers ) after 30 days the item can still be sent back to Autoelecau and will be supported by the manufacturers Australian warranty policy only.
If the item is wrong sent or not as described a prepaid return label will be sent and , if possible , the item either correctly replaced or refunded 100% , whichever the buyer prefers .
If the return is for change of mind we will accept the item back as long as the package has not been opened , the only cost you will incur ( aside from the return shipping you will also need to pay to send it back ) is the handling and secured shipping we paid to send it to you if free shipping was included at time of purchase , this cost will depend on the size and weight of the item and the location it was sent to , to which we can advise you by sending us a message through contact seller.
